Kanban System Design (KSD) is a highly interactive course that lays the foundation of the principles and practices of The Kanban Method, an evolutionary approach to change. It is ideal for managers and team members who want to start a Kanban initiative or get more out of their current Kanban system.
This course has been created by leading Kanban experts including David J Anderson.
The Kanban Method offers pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance that can be taken away and implemented immediately.

Prerequisites
All experience levels are welcome. No previous Kanban training or experience is required.

Kanban System Design is the first of 2 classes that leads to the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) designation.
