Learning Objectives

• Learn and use STATIK (Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban) to design your Kanban system.

PREREQUISITES
Attendees are expected to have read "Kanban" by David J Anderson or "Kanban from the Inside" by Mike Burrows.
