Kanban Systems Improvement® (KMP II)

This 2-day course focuses on the management, design, implementation, daily operation, and improvement of an organizational Kanban system.  In this course you will have the opportunity to consider how to evaluate, design, implement, and improve service delivery systems and then evolve them in order to achieve higher levels of Business Agility.

Also covered in this course are: organizational change management with Kanban, recommended organizational-level meetings (cadences), effective delivery metrics, and setting explicit policies to achieve better alignment on work and outcomes.

This course is the second of two courses towards the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential. By completing both the KMP I and this KMP II class, participants can achieve the KMP credential with Kanban University®.

Pre-Requisites

Attendees are expected to have read "Kanban: Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business" by David J Anderson, or "Kanban from the Inside" by Mike Burrows.

Prior attendance at a Kanban">https://berteig.com/public-training/kanban-system-design/#upcoming-kmpI… Systems Design (KMP I) class is required in order to complete and earn the full KMP certification.  It is highly recommended to finish the KMP I class with ample time to practice the learnings before taking this KMP II class.
