Kanban Coaching Practices Training

This training is part of Kanban University's new KCP credential and is unique to Aspercom in Brazil. This course teaches coaching techniques and tools to successfully lead evolutionary change initiatives to achieve Maturity 2 or 3 on a corporate scale. The program presents a formatted way to introduce and implement changes with the Kanban Method and is specifically designed to extend KMM Training . It is suitable for consultants, coaches, change agents, managers and practitioners who want to delve into Kanban in 2 days with David J. Anderson, the creator of the Kanban Method, Fit-for-Purpose Framework and KMM. The Kanban Maturity Model training is prerequisite.
