Toronto Kanban Training Week

This is a full "modular" week of certified Kanban training!  On Monday and Tuesday, we'll cover the Foundation level - Improving Service Delivery with Kanban.

• systems thinking approach to introducing Kanban and designing unique Kanban systems in your environment
• understanding how Kanban helps your technology business and develops your employees
• understanding Kanban method principles and practices, using Kanban Lens, a new look at how your organization works
• applying Kanban system elements (work item types, classes of service, commitment points, cadences, etc.)
• using Kanban metrics (lead time, flow efficiency, CFD, etc.)
