his training provides a deeper understanding of Kanban for knowledge workers. The focus is on practical learning based on concrete problems of the participants. The training is therefore particularly suitable for those who...

  • want to start with Kanban and are looking for initial support;
  • already introduced Kanban and want to check if the implementation complies with state-of-the-art Kanban knowledge.

“Knowledge-busting, mind-bending, exciting, enjoyable, practical, sensible - plain down awesome! A great course to be on!”, Yusuf Desai, Derivco, Durban, ZA

'Applying Kanban' means hands-on learning, and therefore you are strongly encouraged to bring your own questions and problems to the training! More than that: it is possible that you can design or improve your own kanban system in the class.

'Applying Kanban' also means agility beyond team level. You will learn how to effectly coordinate work for 5 to 500 people. Improvement is not only a team issue! Benefit from the great experience of improving agility in e.g. programs with multiple teams and learn how multiple Scrum teams can be aligned with Kanban to reach a common goal!

For whom is the course?

The 'Applying Kanban' Foundation Level training is designed for professionals, who are in charge of process optimization, business performance, program mangaement or project management: managers, CIOs, department managers, line managers, team leaders, project managers, technical leaders, engineers or anyone with interest in organizational performance improvements.
