style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal;">Kanban Systems Management (KMP II) teaches attendees how to manage their existing organization in a way that balances the flow of work through disparate networked teams and functions, leveraging Kanban systems to identify constraints and make bottlenecks visible. This enables organization wide improvements to flow and holistic process improvements. Managers are able to make key staffing decisions and justify changes in organizational design. This counts toward the second half of the Kanban Management Professional certification.

Kanban Systems Management is a 2-day advanced level course that will help participants build on their existing knowledge of Kanban Method and will help them take their current Kanban implementation to the next level.
