This interactive 2-day training class provides the theory and practice of Evolutionary Process Improvement to delivery systems through the successful application of Kanban. Using existing techniques, such as Agile, Kanban provides a practical introduction to progressively accelerate flow of work and operations enhancements: 

• Introduction of pull system to reduce and eliminate difficulties associated with push system by limiting Work in Progress (WIP) 
• Visualisation of work for transparency and identification of bottlenecks
• Techniques for defining policies to foster team collaboration and self-organisation
