Description
The 2-day Delivery Manager course is ideal for agile professionals, team leads, and managers responsible for delivering products/services where there is a need to drive improvement to meet customer expectations, reduce delivery time and improve predictability.

The course focuses of unblocking the challenges faced in managing the work and delivery of intangible goods, of which there are many. The new Delivery Manager course and credential enables managers to greatly improve the performance of delivery in their business. It provides the understanding and skills to create a Kanban System that increases product delivery for greater reliability and consistency.

The course can help you take your organisation from Maturity Level 2 to Level 3 on the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM), with the role of the Delivery Manager improving the flow of work, to deliver products/services quicker and more reliably. This improvement has a greater impact on the performance of an organisation and enables it to scale-up beyond the team level.

Based on Kanban case studies and experience reports collected over the last 20 years: Effective Delivery Managers have produced tangible business benefits of 4X productivity, 30% lead time reductions, dramatically improved customer satisfaction and market leading competitiveness.

True Delivery Managers have the skills and confidence to lead with outcomes, hold the credibility to take actions, implement systems of work that enable desirable outcomes predictably and consistently, understand how to add value as a manager in a self-organising workplace where empowered people work with autonomy, and know how to go faster without sacrificing predictability and quality.
