Flow Manager Certification Course Training

Kanban University is launching Flow Manager, a new two-day course. The Flow Manager course is intended to assist professionals improve their abilities to manage workflow efficiency with the Kanban approach. You’ll discover how to measure and enhance flow, identify limitations, and optimize service delivery.

Participants will learn how to manage work successfully through real-world case studies and hands-on training. This will ensure seamless delivery and teamwork.

The training can assist you in moving your company from Maturity Level 1 to Level 2 on the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM), with the role of the Flow Manager increasing the flow of work to produce products/services faster and more reliably. This enhancement has a stronger influence on an organization’s success and allows it to go beyond the team level.

The training integrates major themes from David Anderson’s groundbreaking 2003 book Agile Management. This was the first book to introduce: monitoring the flow of value in knowledge work; the concept of an operations review; agile product management; and work-flow in relation to feature-driven development.
