Description

The Kanban for Design and Innovation (KDI) class continues the Kanban University syllabus and is an option to complete the Kanban Management Professional accreditation. It teaches the tools and techniques to successfully build and maintain end-to-end Kanban systems with special focus on creating and improving the upstream design and innovation function. It is aimed at people who are currently using a Kanban system, have prior experience with Kanban, or are currently in the KMP training series.

Kanban Management Professional classes are highly interactive courses that lay the foundation of the principles and practices of The Kanban Method, an evolutionary approach to change. These courses have been created by leading Kanban experts including David J Anderson.
