You will be introduced to the Kanban Maturity Model architecture as well as techniques to nurture fit-for-purpose organisations. During this intensive course, you will participate in collaborative group sessions with like-minded professionals, tap into a rich learning experience, and earn the distinguished Enterprise Kanban Management Professional (EKMP) credential. Through this course, you will be prepared to orchestrate a network of interconnected Kanban systems, paving the way for agile transformation across large business units.

After attending this class, attendees will understand how to implement a network of interconnected dependent Kanban Systems that might support an entire business unit of 300 to 1,200 people.

Prerequisites

It is highly recommended that students hold the Kanban Management Professional credential in order to attend this class. This can attained by completing both the Kanban System Design class and the Kanban Systems Improvement class.

Certification

All participants will receive a certificate of completion for the Enterprise Scale Kanban (ESK) course. Kanban Management Professionals who complete this course will receive the Enterprise Kanban Management Professional (EKMP) credential.

About the Trainer

David Spinks
