Kanban Train the Trainer

The Kanban Train the Trainer course is designed for those with a passion for Kanban who want to become Accredited Kanban Trainers and teach KU certified Kanban training. This course does not teach Kanban fundamentals, rather, it focuses on ensuring the candidate’s effectiveness as a Kanban trainer. It is expected that all students have significant Kanban experience and have attained the Kanban Management Professional credential from Kanban University.

Due to the excitement surrounding our new course, Scrum Better with Kanban, we are including the SBK curriculum in this Train the Trainer class!!

The TTT is an assessment course. It will evaluate your ability to present the Kanban University course curriculum effectively and knowledgeably in a classroom setting. It will also assess your working Kanban knowledge through the presentation of a case study (prepared prior to class) and through class exercises and quizzes.

Preparation before the course is CRUCIAL to your success. If you feel you have the practical Kanban implementation experience to write a quality Kanban case study, have attained the KMP Credential, and can commit to the extensive preparation required of this class, then you should proceed.

At the end of this course, your performance will be assessed, and approval to teach Team Kanban Practitioner, Scrum Better with Kanban, Kanban System Design, and Kaban Systems Improvement courses may be granted, or only a portion of them. Additional steps may be required for full approval and could include additional meetings with your TTT trainer, co-training with an established AKT, or further study. Kanban University provides all candidates with a path to full approval. 

Your success is dependent on how well YOU PREPARE! You are expected to master the curriculum, prepare a Kanban case study to demonstrate your Kanban experience, and deepen your Kanban knowledge... ALL before class begins!

This virtual TTT class will be held in English over 10 half days, from:
Monday to Friday, June 16 to 27, 2025, between 14:00 and 18:00 British Summer Time

Note that the class is limited to 12 students, with a minimum of 6 students to confirm the class. Cancellation Policy – Please Note:
A registered Attendee may cancel, transfer, or substitute their Training Class by notifying KANBAN UNIVERSITY in writing to info@Kanban.University.

i. More than 60 days before the event: Full refund
ii. From 59 to 45 days before the event: 75% of the ticket will be refunded.
iii. From 44 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the ticket will be refunded|
iv. From 29 to 20 days before the event: 25% of the ticket will be refunded.
v. Less than 20 days before the event or less: no refund provided.

b. Transfers. Attendee may transfer their Training Class registration to the next available course by KanbanUniversity. A maximum of two (2) transfers is permitted. Transfers are subject to the following:
Transfer
i. More than 30 days before the event: transfer at no cost. 
ii. 30 days before the event or less: transfer fee of €500 will apply. 
iii. 15 days before the event or less: transfer fee of €1,000 will apply. 
iv. A maximum of 2 transfers permitted. Transfer fees apply to the second transfer as detailed above (i., ii., iii.). If the second TTT event is not attended, attendee forfeits class attendance and paid registration fee. No refund will be provided

c. Substitution. Attendee may transfer their Training Class registration up to 20 days prior to the class. Please send a substitution request to info@kanban.university and">mailto:info@kanban.university?subject=June%20'25%20TTT">info@kanban.uni… include the name of the individual being replaced, as well as the name of the new participant. Substitute Attendee must meet all course prerequisites, and additional requirements for registration may apply (e.g., case studies, application interview, etc.).
 
Kanban University reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness. If necessary, you will be notified no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. In this case, transfers will be at no cost, or a refund may be requested. If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternative qualified trainers with equivalent experience.
 
Please be advised that events can be subject to changes in date and/or time due to acts out of our control.
