Kanban Systems Design (KMP I) is a highly interactive two-day class accredited by Lean Kanban University. It combines teaching, group discussion and a fully immersive simulation to illustrate how the Kanban Method helps individuals, teams, and organisations to manage and improve service delivery to their clients.

The Kanban Method provides pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance for sucessful evolutionary change. It starts with what you do now and respects current roles, responsabilities and job titles, and encourages acts of leaderships at all levels.

This allows organisations to evolve business processes gradually, define and use relevant metrics to measure progress, and significantly reduce the risk associated with complex change programmes. You will leave this class with actionable knowledge of the Kanban Method.
